Artists and entrepreneurs like us are the ultimate multitaskers. We’re drawn to working independently because we enjoy (need) the autonomy. However, at some point we learn that without an assist so much can fall by the wayside.

I know first hand that a little help, a clear roadmap, and accountability can work wonders.

Maybe you’re launching a business, a book, a body of work. A non-profit, a consulting practice, a restaurant. Maybe you can’t fully communicate it just yet.

Or maybe you’re years in and feel stalled or need to make big changes. Maybe you need a refresh, but don’t quite know where to begin, especially when it’s not within the budget.

I’ll help you shape your stories, sharpen your visuals, and anchor your brand with polished visuals, messaging, website and social. You’ll always have your hands in the project, but with expert guidance to keep you on track and on time. Your taste and instincts are spot on, I’m just here to help it all to line up.

This new venture is a blend of advising and execution. My goal and hope is for The Brand Dossier to be a trellis for the voice, visuals and vibe of your project or business.

What even is all this?

The Brand Dossier is a collection of limited edition, focused offerings and tools for self-starters, artists and small organizations.

My name is Carrie Ford Hilliker. I’m a designer who has around the block (okay, many blocks) since the late 90s.

After working with hundreds of clients over the past 25 years, I’ve created a series of offerings specifically to help people working solo or with very small teams.

Focused formats, clear deliverables, short timeframes, low out-of-pocket costs, gorgeous results.
